You cannot access the serverfiles unless if you go to http://aternos.org/options . Aternos has only limited resources thats why they don't allow us to afk too long and to disable the idletimeout.

You can ask the plugin author to update his plugin. But i think its too complicated since the plugin last update was 4 years ago..
