@BlazingOne (InMyOwnAnswer) , Aternos-teams is not earning any money on Hosting (Except from Ads) And their are paying for electricity and others things. so they dont have time for paying plugins that are not useable and not too important, and their are some premiums plugins that are available on aternos like CrateReloaded plugin .

You can Read this, this is the format of Requesting a plugin How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request , it says their you can only request a plugin that are available in http://dev.bukkit.org or http://spigotmc.org and no External sites.

I dont know if they can add it , thats not my decision it's their decision

Serverlistplus plugin is added before on aternos, and aternos teams remove it because of the motd that plugin is blocking the "Aternos.org" in your server motd. And it cant be added again !

Maybe your World is too big.
Or Your Connection has a problem -
Try to delete Essentials and Download EssentialsX.
Essentials is buggy so i recommend just use EssentialsX, and try to check your console log you can find the Error there -
