Just read the console log. It says that the players directory is outdated. Remove the players directory and upload your world again, then it should work.

Well because the queue is too long because many peoples is trying to start their server too...
Long queue more peoples simple as that -
I've never tried it before but yes i think essentialsX is working fine with commandblocks ...

Actually i cant understand your problem.
EssentialsX has all of that command its like a Essentials plugin but the different is EssentialsX is not buggy... -

Yes, Essentials are bugging sometimes but i recommend just use EssentialsX -

It is wanted that the server stops when nobody is on it.
Because this frees the resources your server needs to run to start a server from other players who really want to play. -
Denied! that plugin got denied 2 times its not suitable for Aternos there are other reason Why that plugin is not suitable Search the Functions! Any Donation plugin is not suitable for Aternos
