A servers TPS or Ticks Per Second is used to quantify the overall health of your server's performance. Like a heartbeat, your server beats at a fixed rate of 20 ticks per second, so one tick every 0.05 seconds.

Nope its not possible to have multiple and different mods/modpacks on your server. you can only run 1 mod/modpack at this time

Nope its not possible. BungeeCord doesn't really make sense at the moment because every user can only have one server. Since BungeeCord is a proxy software to "connect multiple servers" it would not be really necessary.

that message will appear every single time your TPS drops below 20. If you use a plugin to monitor TPS and it's above 16-ish for Vanilla, you should be fine

Well, this hosting is different to others. server.shit and aternos is not the same at all they have a different way to serve people and limits. Just use your normal IP here
but its your choice if you like static ip
