so like i used luckperms and made a group after that i added perms to them and it said successfully added perms and when someone tried it just said that they do not have permission to use that command and ive added them to the group i created with luckperms

yes i already do have vault installed on my server and as i said i tried luckperms but the same thing happend its not working

so for some reason they cannot use command and i use PowerRanks and try to add permissions to the rank and it still isnt working and later ive tried luckperms and the same thing happend
