So my server got deleted because I didn't run it for a few months so I want to use a backup to retrieve it. On google drive it says that there is aternos data but it is hidden. How do I access the hidden data so I can get my backups?

Me and my friends had a server that we were working on, and we put a lot of hours into it. We havent played on it in around 3-4 months due to school. Today I went to launch it and play with my friend and it wasn't there. Did my server get deleted? If so where do backups automatically store so I can use my backup.

Whenever I click start on the aternos website I wait 10 minutes and then it says offline or crashed. I'm not sure what to do.

I've tried everything and my server keeps crashing. Roman told me it was fixed, but it isn't. I don't know what to do.

I just went to files to check my plugins and they are all gone!

Edit: apparently aternos is down right now or something

By making two copies do you mean download the world twice or just duplicate the file?

If my level dat says level.dat_old does that mean I should not upload it?

I tried both suggestions. They didn't work

Alright, how exactly do I delete the player data?

Does that mean I can never use it again? Also if there's a way to fix it how do I do that?

Hello, whenever I try to open my server it reaches the point where it says "starting", but then it goes to "stopping" and crashes. I am clueless why and am requesting help with this issue.

Hello Aternos Community . I know that when downloading a plugin a jar file should be made, and then when you launch the server another version of the plugin should appear in the plugins section. This is not happening for me and it is causing my plugin not to work. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to look at old backups?
