Use server plugins/mods that allow you to control the actions of the players. You can use plugins like WorldGuard to protect certain areas, and prevent players from using TNT, lava, and other destructive materials in those areas. You can also use anti-cheat plugins to prevent players from using hacks and cheats. For finding and configuring the plugins, use google.
To attract more players to your server, consider advertising it on the Aternos server list at Serverlist.
