So I have downloaded Civs as an alternative to towny in my Minecraft server (on a different Aternos account by the way) but whenever I try to click to even create a town a message just pops up in chat saying 'Permission denied'. I am, mind you an OP in my server, so I don't really know what the issue is here. I also have asked in the Civs page in the CurseForge website I believe but I noticed that the last time they answered a question was 2019. Anyway, is there any way to solve this dilema? In my World page there isn't an option to do that.

So basically, when I uploaded my own zip file (I can send the link if need be) Earth map for my server, and it was under the maximum size file. When I started the server and joined it, it was just a random, empty superflat world. Last night, though, when I uploaded it, it did work. Only when I woke up this morning did it turn into a superflat world. Is there any way I could fix this issue
