The problem is that the we need to maintain all these mods.
We already provide a huge amount of mods etc. and providing different versions vor each mod would end in a mess.
Also a system to inform people about incompatibility issues is currently not doable, the effort would be extremely high.
Instead we'll focus more to keep Aternos up and running and add more features etc.
I can see where you're coming from, a ton of mods for a ton of different versions would be chaotic - yet I'd still love to see this feature, perhaps you could add it to a to-do list? You make it seem like Aternos doesn't have much file space or the system isn't sorted well, yet it seems to have plenty, considering millions of servers are stored on it.
A system to inform people could just a be a simple browser pop up message, something like "Are you sure you want to add this mod? This can cause incompatibility issues.", and leave people's problems with the mods to themselves.
