Check to make sure the plugin isn't for lower versions, and also check to see if it requires dependencies

Plugin has not been updated since 2013. Also the name on it's own is suspicious

it is able to be updated ive all ready checked it out and spoke to the mod pack author about it
Mandalore had to give the rights of the pack over to a different person because of Mojang issues

If so, remove it and add EssentialsX instead

Although you did get down the point, I would suggest not titling your thread "we need more modpack" and instead title it "[Modpack Request] (modpack name)" for better clarification

I am not sure if this is true or not, but I believe that modpacks require there to be a Server Pack to be added
