The modpack "Stoneblock" has been discussed multiple times, and has currently not been updated

I do not remember off the top of my head if Roman replied to a thread mentioning that they will update it soon, but if a new serverpack for the modpack has been released, expect potential fixes

If typing stop in the console won't work, either your server is having an internal crisis Just kidding oof or you should try waiting however long it takes to restart

I always recommend typing "stop" multiple times just to make sure it went through

Are you doing anything such as mass editing landscape or major mob spawning? Your issue is most likely that the server is overloading due to an excess of actions occurring at once

The .jar file is the actual plugin file. I'll assume you're talking about the config file, which requires that the server start up after the plugin has been installed for this file to generate
