Its still not working no matter which plugin I choose. Is there any other ways I can try to fix this?

I have tried that before. I've tied it with the server open and shut down.

I am new to aternos and I just found out how to get plugins but when I download plugins they will not be active or visible to the server or website. also my server is on Bukkit 1.11.2.
pls help
