So, I've been setting up the chat prefixes, and the permissions for my groups with the plugin 'bPermissions', I know how to add the permissions, so, I was testing the commands, and all though the permissions were there, it said I didn't have the permissions to use it, and i'm a little confused, and I've been trying to work it out, but I just cant seem to. I figured one of you would know how to do it, so if anybody does, and they could tell me what i'm doing wrong, that would really be appreciated. (I will paste the one im having issues with, also, would this add the tag to anybody new that joined?)

Okay, thank you, but where exactly is it located, I can't find it.

The folder isn't there though, and when I get on my server, and try to use the plugin, it doesn't allow me too, because it says it isn't there. Where can I find the server log?

Okay, so before you ask, yes im using Bukkit or Spigot, so when I go to donwload more plugins, it says it downloads, I have the .jar file, but it doesn't show the folder for the plugin, and when I go onto my server, The plugins aren't installed, please help
