Okay, so before you ask, yes im using Bukkit or Spigot, so when I go to donwload more plugins, it says it downloads, I have the .jar file, but it doesn't show the folder for the plugin, and when I go onto my server, The plugins aren't installed, please help 
I can't download anymore plugins.

The folder will be automatically generated when you start your server. Please make sure that the plugins don't crash on startup.
Any information about errors etc. can be found in the serverlog -
You can find the server log at the My Server page. Check it for error messages concerning the plugin.

You can post it to Pastebin or Hastebin for example and give us the link to it.

GroupManagerX can't load because of invalid plugin.yml, probably the plugin is broken or not compatible with the currently installed CraftBukkit / Spigot version.
Factions can't load because it depends on MassiveCore, but MassiveCore is not installed.
AntiCheatReloaded is also not compatible with the currently installed CraftBukkit / Spigot version.
All the other plugins should work as far as I can see.
