now permissionex is having problems, players in the chat should have the member prefix, they don't, i think it's because i deleted essentials... -

when i do /reload it says: Essentials failed to load, read the log file...EDIT3: i solved the problems of essentials by deleting everything but not the essentials folder and downloading essentialsx for spigot,
i still have the silkspawners permissions problem do.EDIT4: oh.. /spawn doesn't work.

my main problem is that players when they join the first time spawn in the "spawn" obviously, the problem is that i don't know what essentials and how i should install because essentialsx just sucks , i still can't do spawn with it. Essentials is worst because when i download it all the commands doesn't work like /gamemode 0 /bal /warp /spawn and players can't build/pvp until i delete essentials protect.i really don't know what to do i am so confused, i need your help on the server, i need you to come there.
and, without the normal "essentials" plugin permissionex and lots of things don't work
btw when i install essentials and i delete nothing and do /reload it says
Essentials failed to load, read the log file.
Essentials protect is in emergency mode. Check your log for errors.
Reload Complete.players now can't break blocks, kill mobs, until i delete essentials protect.

some days ago i created a server, it worked well until the day i entered the server and.. the backup of the server was gone.
So i deleted the server and created it again, i was so happy because everything was working this time and me and my friend could have fun on it but today (28/07/2017) i joined the server
and something strange happened... all of us can't break blocks, kill mobs, use commands like /gamemode 1 , /warp, /tpa etc..., when we talk in chat it should say : Membro: (player)
because that's the prefix i used for default players on PermissionEx but it just appears : <(Player)>: ... , this are all of my plugins, folders etc..
