you can't suggest plugins from github just because you can't

your account got suspended because you or your friend used bot to do something with aternos

и тогда будут показываться скинчики
кроме этого посоветуй игрокам выключить в настройках лаунчера скины ely.by или скины тлаунчера

1. Maybe mod betternether is not working right, you should check it's settings or config yml or something.

Загляни в журнал консоси и отправь лог о ошибке (типа красный текст после ERROR)
Скорее всего версия плагина твоего не совместима с сервером, попробуй удалить плагин и поставить его версию ниже или выше. Возможно этому плагиносу надо ещё один какой-то.
Ну если вообще никакой вариант не запахал, значит ставь другой плагин

Maybe your friend have the problem with his server?
Some plugin, some mod, some world may be corrupted. Does another (not you/friend) players has this problem? Maybe friend should try to reinstall mods/plugins or world.

aternos = free, can't upload anything custom, can't work 24/7, can't change hardware

to prevent "hacking"? you should just know some exploits of plugins that can crash your server:
Multiverse-Core - if you type /mv *{^^^^^^^} (or something like that) it will crash, so you should block commands like that with some plugins (commandblocker, blockcommand, etc.)
also you can make troll commands with mycommand or chatcontrol
maybe you should use plugins like AntiOP AntiPex or just anticheats

Developers created a "script" - when server starts, it checks "Are in plugins folder the PlaceholderApi.jar?", if it detects, it deletes file .jar, and PlaceholderApi can't startup and work, because it deleted.
Anyway, you can rename the .jar file and kick off stupid script.
(renaming files works only for me, because i know another way to upload custom plugins :))) )
