VotingPlugin it needed NuVotifier and

Description: This Plugin allows us to vote on our server and give rewards to players it is a nice plugin for rewards I hope you add this plugin
Both 3 of those plugins are not going to be added since it is not compatible with the Aternos system

Get a Essentials plugin and do ...
When using /ban or /pardon, you don't need that plugin
Unless if you want /unban then use it

If you have Essentials, just setwarp or sethome xD. Or you can use /mvlist to see the list of all worlds

that's not description, it's MOTD (Message of the day), Go to aternos.org/options
If you want to make a color, use \u00A7 format, for example: /u00A7a is green color, instead of &a, use \n if you want to use another line
If you are not good at this, just.. use minecraft motd generator in website
