SuperFlat world doesn't need seed. Either way your world compared to the flat world is not possible

How do you edit plugins? i know you're supposed to go to files and then click on the folder. But for my plugins I don't see a folder just a white blank.
You said "plugins", and which means plugins only work with Bukkit/Spigot, and what you are saying is that you are using mod
