Your best options in this situation is
A. Send console logs
B. If no logs appear, type stop in the Console page
That's not what he meant. What he meant is: When pressing on "Start" button, it instantly switch onto the Loading status. That really annoy him from getting another plugin in until the server start. So in conclusion he wants to add the "Cancel" button in order to stop queue while in Loading section

Oh i see what you mean. You can only sleep in Multiplayer server if all people in your server go to bed.
For example: If your server has 3 players online. So which means all 3 players have to go to bed to switch to daytime

Every .zip world you get from your Minecraft has 3 worlds: Overworld (world), Nether (world_nether), and the End (world_the_end). Depends on where you want the world to be added on.
Also, before you upload your world, make sure to stop your server first then do it
