I am running spigot 1.11.2
if you want real rank added on scoreboard, the rank prefix must be shown on Scoreboard. Sadly only LuckPerm plugin can do that

What Are The Plugins You're Using On Your Server, Maybe There's Plugins That May Broke Your Server.
You can just watch the log and you will see he is running on Vanila
(By the way was your world uploaded?)

Votifer is a vote system can be worked by another static-ip (or a website), but Aternos does not support it

If your world is uploaded, check again. By the way install Vault plugin as well
