What you're saying is you are using a normal Essentials, not EssentialsX

Yup. Because those plugins are separated. You cannot request those plugins to Aternos anyway because those are from Github

The world.yml you mentioned is from Multiverse or Multworld? Or in PlotSquared?

Nah. Aternos used to have problem with plugin system back there, now it's fixed
