Please go to your dashboard and click "Console" on the left side. Alternatively, click on this link: https://aternos.org/console/.There you can give you op rights with the command "/op playername". Your server has to be online for this.

The first mod is outdated. The other two were added to the system, as @Roman wrote. You have to install the mods yourself from the list. Go to your dashboard to Software -> Mods. Alternatively click on this link: https://aternos.org/software/mods/

Aternos is free for everyone.
They finance everything through ads. As a result, they do not have an infinite number of resources. Would they increase the RAM, they could not start so many servers at the same time and the waiting time would be much longer.
Be glad that there is a possibility to get a free minecraft server.

I think the command /plugins is already integrated in the server software.

What do you get when you enter the command /plugins? Are the plugins displayed? If so, are the names displayed in red?
Did you restart your server after installing the plugins?

Hast du den Server nach dem installieren des Plugins neu gestartet? Kommt noch immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung? Schicke am besten mal den Link zur neuen Logdatei.
Ich habe beide Plugins installiert und beide wurden geladen.

Hast du Vault installiert?

Am besten wäre es wenn du den Link zu dem Log schickst. Dann sieht man vielleicht noch mehr.
Desweiteren benötigt das SignShop Plugin noch das Plugin Vault. Ohne dieses funktioniert es nicht.
