Just type
/unban <name>
and that's it (if you got essentials)

Just go to Singleplayer, create that world. Then go to save in .minecraft folder and upload
That is ez!

I don't think it will be acceptable because Aternos doesn't accept voting to sites plugins such as:
Votifer

I say you know how to unban people just head to the console and unban yourself anyways.
Maybe you are opped that's why.

Essentials: Adds in useful commands for players and admins
PermissionsEx: a Permissions managing plugin that also makes groups, prefixs and ranks

What software do you use?
Do you use Glowstone i bet that.

What i mean is:
1: Download the world.
2: Make another copy of the world.
3: Delete the file that Roman mentioned or the file you mentioned.
4: Save the folder and upload it to your server, don't upload the other copy of the world.

Make 2 copies of the world delete the file you mentioned in the first world and upload it back and check!

I assume you have 2 Essentials plugins.
I think the problem is that you got the regular Essentials that is for 1.8 if you have delete the Essentials you have and keep the EssentialsX because it's for above the versions of 1.8.
