When i downloaded essentials. I made my server. Enabled signs. and did everything. But sadly. I Made my self deop. Then i typed /warp it says you don't have access to that command Please help 
How to Enable Warps, And /pm and /msg /m and more things for deops. But not afk, not /fly not Op's Things

For those things you need a so called permission system like PEX.
With these plugins you can create groups which have permissions to do things you configure.

I say you know how to unban people just head to the console and unban yourself anyways.
Maybe you are opped that's why.
