Simply another compatible version.
If you use the bukkit plugin you can see in aternos itself right away which version is compatible.
If you use the spigot plugin you will have to go to the plugin's spigot page and check which version is compatible.

About the ticket thing: Does that mean only mods can answer? Then how is anyone gonna get mod if they can't help, and once all the mods quit, who's gonna help?
Wrong, these tickets would go directly to the support center i believe. The ticket bot we had was linked to the support center after all. Mods do not have access to the support center and whatever is needed to help people through there.
About the levelling system: I'm with Bluewy (is that your name now?) on this one, its a community. I could probably tell you everyone who's active (at least during European day-time), why do we need a bot to tell us that?

In regards to your actual suggestion, this depends on what files/folders. However most folders, files or whatever which you didn't create, and aren't downloadable yet, are probably not allowed to be downloaded due to legal reasons ( E.G. plugins, mods)
