No, that's set that way due to 1.13x being horrible. In several ways, performance problems and stuff.

Could have been due to an issue that occured with adblockers earlier.

There are obviously, no plans to implement FTP anytime soon.
And that won't be possible yet even when finding another way, if there is anyway.

Not sure. I only know servers can take max 10 minutes to start.
If you can reduce it through otherwise then the modpack itself, for example world, maybe.

again, this would interfere with servers doing it fairly, and that would still waste resources.
Why in the Custom Images plugin did you allow FTP inside your folder?
There is a difference between plugins and images, including their file type.

Once again, legal reasons.
Irregardless of plugins and stuff being public, we could still get in trouble if we allowed this.
I'm sure Roman or someone else could give a better explanation on this if needed.

Force servers to close after a certain time.
That will interfere with other servers who fairly keep their servers online.

To add to this thread, Arcane DM advertised to someone from another server. Don't think that's an option then, unless the server owner of a server did that.
