bedrock - the name of the minecraft app on mobile devices and consoles, can not get plugins as it's basically a vanilla software, or it's developers need to implement that, which they are unlikely to do.
pocketmine - so far the only plugin software which we could get which is actually up-to-date and has a high amount of plugins ( for what's considered high with pocketmine ).

Remove mods one by one,
after each mod you have removed, start/restart the server. Then try joining.
If it works, you know which mod caused it.
