I don't know the current state of nukkit, but the last time we had it available no one used it and it did not even support that much minecraft bedrock features like pocketmine

1- Is it better to desinstall first that JEI mod just in case and save the world without mods on my pc after that so i can upload it to the new server?

2 - Do i need to install the latest version of forge or just the one that "comes" with my Minecraft version? (I use TLauncher) i tried a few mods in the past and it kept telling me it needed the newest version of forge (The mod was an old one)
use the version you prefer. if you want to use 1.12.2, select the latest 1.12.2 forge version.,
3- Should i upload the world by my google drive saves or is it better to upload it from my pc? the file weights 52mb

while your server is offline, download your world in https://aternos.org/worlds/
For uploading it to your realms world, you are on your own. Because i have no idea how realms work

Depends really, if the lag gets so bad that the server can't handle it, then it'll crash. Here's an article about lag:

Uh, according to your logs the server started at 06:37. Then the logs stop at 06:42, where it seems to also have been lagging

Also, it's not on Bukkit or Spigot CURRENTLY. Maybe once it is on Spigot, Bukkit, or even Songoda and it gets more popular, it may be accepted.
