aternos only adds plugins directly from spigot, songoda and bukkit

You can't open jar files. There should also be files for those plugins without .jar which you can open to translate and stuff

There's probably no software making this a possibility. And what's the use of adding more mods to a modpack if you can't find mods in a modpack individually sometimes? I don't get how that's linked to each other

as far as i know UltraPermissions should be supported in 1.15
as so they mention on their wiki.

uh, did you know permission plugins existed.
Use UltraPermissions, EssentialsX and vault to set up permissions for ranks or players and to give them access to commands from certain plugins and stuff
NOTE:
if you use UltraPermissions, keep in mind they have left it to the aternos moderators, helpers and team members to give you guys support when it comes to Ultrapermissions.

He is a helper because he's valuable to the community. He's helped out around on the forums and discord actively and still does, including helped you. He's been friendly to people, and helper is often a reward for that. Either way, he's tried to help you. If that's the thanks he gets for even trying, I don't think he should be helping you anymore then.
