1. Go to https://aternos.org/players/
2. Press OPs
3. Fill in your Minecraft username
You can give people specific permissions for commands by using permission plugins, here's a list:
Permissionsex ( recommended by me )
Groupmanager ( for beginners )
LuckPerms ( for the more advanced )
AquaticPerms ( never used it )

I've been looking around the forums for a while, been inactive and eventually saw a ton of members with banned/locked ( however it's called ) accounts. These accounts are unnecessarily making that list bigger, therefore my suggestion is ( if possible ) to clear the list of these accounts

You can't. Though, you can try selecting the forge software and try add all the mods from a specific modpack + casual mods

when the player join it will online by itself just player need to wait

Buycraft is related to earning money. Aternos does not allow profits because they are completely free.
