So me and my friend are playing craft of the titans which is a fairly resource heavy modpack, both our internet is fine and we have good pcs, we get lagged and crashed out of the server often though, is there anyway we can allocated more ram to the server so it doesnt have these problems or am i stuck with the shitty 1.8 gbs of ram?

If you used facebook then i believe there is not really a way of sharing the console, however. There are plans for console sharing without sharing the password

plugins cant be uploaded due to the security reasons, if this would be possible then people could upload virusses, or use it to make the server 24/7

I don't think so, ill delete the plugin and do it offline, and see if that works
You could also install the plugin when online, only you must use /reload inside the server
