So lets start with the actual toturials! Here i will show the links as well as give a little description, this thread includes 34 toturial links. Lets go!

The first toturial tells you how to install mods on your server, this is very helpfull and will help you in steps on how to do it :

This toturial tells you on how to switch to 1.13! I personally do not recommend doing that, before watching please read this message from the team :

1.13+ is still pretty new and has a completely new world format to enable the new water changes. Unfortunately, this new world format isn't really optimized yet and causes lots of performance problems. We've already increased the resources (RAM + CPU) for 1.13 servers, but there are still performance problems that cannot be solved with more resources. We highly recommend keeping playing on 1.12.2 until a better version gets released with performance fixes. However, switching back from 1.13 to 1.12.2 may cause problems, you might have to generate a new world. Please make sure that you have backups of your world if you switch back!
