You can't. Nex engine does not seem to be on any supported plugin websites.

The team is currently working on getting it added to Aternos, but is waiting for consent from the plugin's author. I'd recommend simply waiting for an update to the situation. https://github.com/nulli0n/NexEngine-spigot/issues/15

Could you please show us what mods you do have?

The issue seems to lie with the pehkui mod, try removing it.

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

If you use a Modpack make sure you're running the same version as the server.

we dont add "dev" versions, only stable versions

You can't use optifine on servers, but you should simply be able to do that with optifine on your client assuming Mizuno's is a shader/resource pack.

What error do you get in game?

We can only add mods from curseforge/Modrinth. This mod is not on either of those platforms.
