We know what you mean, but this can also be developed by the owner of the server if they know a bit of back-end. The pages were removed and i hardly doubt that the team wants to bring them back for this purpose. Additionally, a start button with such public exposure could easily lead to abuse.

This is a result of these two mods disallowing the distribution of their projects. Meaning we can no longer fetch these mods from CurseForge.

No, that system is rather difficult to implement i can imagine, and RAM is dedicated based on the need for a specific version of a specific software. I could not imagine that there's any reason or benefit to changing this now.
