I have ran 50 mods without a single TPS drop on an Aternos server.

This may happen if you download your world while the server is cracked, but that's just a guess.

tell him to share his client logs:
1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/

You can use the minecraft-protocol package to try and build a feature into it that repeatedly pings the server to get it's status.

Assuming they were deleted because you haven't used them in 3 months (accounts shouldn't get deleted with this), we can't get you your world back.
