1. Open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. Open the logs folder
3. Open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. Copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. Send the link here -
It crashes due to fatal errors in the nether world, i'd suggest trying to regenerate it.
Please make backups beforehand, i can't guarantee that it'll actually fix the issue.

exaroton is financially independent from Aternos. exaroton does not fund Aternos.
We didn't make spiget, we provided servers to host it on.

Just use https://minecraftmaps.com or https://planetminecraft.com for this. There's no real benefit to making our own.

We already vary RAM depending on what each software and version needs, what is allocated is usually the best that CAN be allocated.

Seems like JEI is the issue here. Try removing it, or share the crash log.

We can't take plugins from anything but spigot/bukkit.
