I'd say you're best off just asking the modpack author to do that himself. But you can try that IF you have explicit permission from the modpack author. Of course however, for it to actually be considered it needs 10k+ downloads alongside other requirements:

Try decreasing the amount of mods used.

The team doesn't add mods individually to modpacks, nor is this possible. The modpack has to provide a server pack that includes that mod for that to be possible.

DYN IP's dont always work for every issue. Investigate, don't pull conclusions immediately.

Download count is only one of several things looked at in "popularity". And let me ask you, is there really much use to add yet another plugin to Aternos if barely anyone is going to use it? And that aside, popularity can partially show the quality of a plugin.
