I'm trying to request a mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/lovely-snails) but it says it's not popular enough, while on the CF page it says it has over 84k downloads.
Popularity doesn't just mean downloads. Just so you know.

I don't know wtf is going on when I want to create a new map when it's go to #100 it just crash and when I log back in and the map turn to #0. When I hold it, it just crash. Not the server crash, I disconnected by that glitch. I can't s look at maps anymore. That's so weird.

3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor

A spawner activates when a player comes within a spherical radius of 16 blocks from the center point of the block; i.e. 15.5 blocks from the block itself. While the block is active, it spawns mobs up to 4 blocks away from the spawner horizontally, and up to 1 block away vertically, effectively meaning mobs can spawn in a 9×3×9 area around the spawner. In Bedrock Edition, the spawning area is the diamond shape around the spawner, extending 4 blocks in each direction. Mobs can spawn anywhere in this range that is suitable, with mobs more likely to spawn closer to the spawner than farther away.

This is absolutely not true. It simply shouldn't be an actual abandoned project - mentioned as such. (Or it can't be for outdated minecraft versions alone)
However it's got nothing to do with just the download count, and there's no minimum downloads. It's popularity in general along with plenty of other requirements.
Popularity includes comments, reviews, downloads (but not daily downloads.) and more.

The logs cut off when you join.
The only fix i could think of is maybe try deleting your mods one by one after making a backup.
When you can join without crashing, you'll know it's the mod you just deleted. Then you can restore the backup and simply delete that mod.

You can only download your world.

If you can't join your server please answer the following questions:
- Do you use TLauncher?
- Can you join if you use the server DynIP? (reference: https://aternos.org/connect)
- Can you join your server if you change DNS? (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using)

Does it work in singleplayer? If yes, try making a backup and then deleting the mods one by one, it'd possible one is interfering with minecraft's system.
Additionally, you should check whether the Mob spawning gamerule is off
