Share your log:
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.

the person who CAN'T connect should share the logs, when he's done step 4 he'll get a link when he presses the share button and that link should then be shared in a post on this thread.

1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here -
What's the plugin file path to the place where you have to upload them?
What image types all should you be able to upload?
(Filepaths are for example files/plugins/essentialsx/config.yml)

Your server took too long to start. Since this is a modpack there's not much you can do except installing a lighter modpack.

You can't upload plugins into any folder. Any plugins you install (use the guide Henery gave you) will show up in https://aternos.org/files/plugins/.

There might be a plugin allowing you to change the duration of day/nights.

According to your logs, the server took too long to start.
Considering it's a modpack, there's not really anything you can do, except for to switch to something less heavy
