3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor

1) To what did you set your tickspeed to?
2) change it back to 3 (the default) in the console

It's not just the downloads that are taken into consideration.

It's a fabric mod, and you probably have your software on forge. Fabric mods can't be used on the forge software.

pocketmine and bedrock both have different world formats, you'll need to convert them if that's even possible. Unless you mean the server, then just make a backup and switch softwares in https://aternos.org/software/

Just in general can you people stop assuming things on singleplayer work and are exactly the same? Mods on servers arent the same as mods on singleplayer, same with modpacks. So stop making this assumption please.
