secondly, who said this?
thirdly, singleplayer and multiplayer are two different things. Just because it works on singleplayer doesn't mean it'll work on multiplayer, nor does that mean it's immediately aternos' fault. Like i said, i can't do anything with it if you already deleted twilight mod before starting the server again.

Are you using the mod or modpack pixelmon?

Yes, geyser should normally not have impact on other unrelated plugins such as EssentialsX.

iirc the keepinventory gamerule should keep your exp as well

Your server likely just took too long to load, try removing some mods.

The mod is listed as a forge mod (or at least in aternos).

Dat doen we wel wanneer we dit passend vinden. Reageer A.U.B. niet op alle threads met dit, of met antwoorden op al beantwoorde threads, dit maakt het voor ons en andere alleen maar meer rommelig in onze notificaties voor niks. Hoewel we het wel waarderen.
