This is probably due to world names. I'd suggest you rename 'rocketnihintapan' to 'world'

rename the world back to world, if that doesn't work, then try removing galacticraft and computercraft.

You don't really. But when you hit 4GB starting will give you an error telling you it's over 4GB

Dont use the modpack.

You can't remove mods from modpacks.

There should just be the default minecraft despawn system for that afaik.
Unless a plugin or mod (if you have those) modifies that.
