Server crashes while starting

Having a problem starting the server. I regenerated the world and renamed it "crackpack 3". So far I've tried to start the world but it keeps crashing everytime. Need help thanks

rename the world back to world, if that doesn't work, then try removing galacticraft and computercraft.

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5
