I would recommend PermissionsEx more, to be honest. To get pex Prefixes working, You need ChatManagement and Vault with Pex.

So. I have installed the ChatManagement plugin, But. There's a issue with it, This might already be reported but, It doesn't unzip at all. Tried installing in on bukkit, spigot, glowstone and it still doesn't unzip for some reason, I reinstalled it on spigot,bukkit,glowstone. Restarted, Reloaded a few times and still doesn't seem to work, Is there a way I can fix this or do I have to wait until it's fixed by the hosting (Aternos)

No, that means you can create config files etc. You can not create the plugin files itself.
Plugin files are encoded in a special way, you can't copy and paste the content.
Hmm, So then you can create a file and then create config and type out the config from lets say essentials for example then you can get essentials plugin with that?

The log you sent to us is AntiCheat plugin - which depends on massive resources in server and it has error too: require ProtocolLibs
can you please try to reload your chunks on your world? or remove the player data. i can't see any error on the plugins except to AntiCheatReloaded plugin which requires protocollib to work.

Please try to set the server to vanilla and see if the problem persists.
It works in vanilla, I removed all the plugins and it still won't work on Bukkit Or Spiot
