What happens when you try to join with the default map?
Nothing. The map doesn't time me out or anything.

Did you already check the log?

I've tried the DynIP which after a minute or so it says:

Could you try to remove the spaces in the world folder name.
Keeps saying "Timed Out" now that I've done that.

Is your server vanilla or bukkit?
Vanilla.

Vanila or Bukkit/Spigot is not affecting anything from the map
And make sure that minecraft world version match your server version
They're both 1.12.2.

- The map is an adventure map.
-The size is 12.5 MB and I'm pretty sure it can't go over 100MB
- Command blocks is on for the server options.
There are commandblocks, though the map's commandblocks don't work at all. There's a house that me and my friends spawn at, but we spawn outside of it and nothing happens after.
