The server stopped and when i came back it was like 1 hour before it stopped, and than it stopped and started again and than the progress was just like normal from when he crashed in the begining, than he crashed again and now the progress is on the 1 hour ago.
pls help
your server will stop if you don't play after 3:00 min

Aternos automatically updates the MCPE server software to the newest version available. Microsoft/Mojang never released an official software for MCPE servers, so we have to use the open source software Pocketmine-MP, which is still under heavy development and sometimes might not be compatible with the newest MCPE version. In this case, we can only wait for an update.

You can find out the seed of a world with the /seed command.
However if you don't have that world anymore you can not find the seed out.
but i see Aternos write they have a copy server so i think they have a copy the old world
