And then share your log

And if your world is not as much played in it can generate new one after removing harvestcraft

if you have harvestcraft please remove it

And if it wont work share your log

There is problem with worldguard it is not really optimized for 1.13+

if this custom modded server i think AE2 is the problem try reinstalling

If it's modpack try reinstalling

Or install mods the log tells you to install

first 1.13.2 is not optimized and it is a bunch of lag and you have forge 1.13.2 which has more lag what do you expect and aternos is free
