no you can't try to switch to spigot 1.13.1 and add ClearLagg and ClearLagg SaveDeathDrops

that might be less lagging

1.13.1 is unstable and its and 1.13 the most laggin versions

and if you walk in the world it loads chunks so it consumes ram and CPU usage so it cause overloads

then the server closes happens to me too the proplem not in aternos its in 1.13

Yp like Roman says the proplem in thaumraft with the forge api

thaumcraft is in beta and unstable

and try like Roman says to remove latest plugins you add plugin by plugin

try to remove some mods maybe its incomptible with some mods

try to remove at first InventoryTweaks and Xaeros_MiniMap at first i think they don't have important when they in server mods when they are in your mods folder they do the job

the server is overloaded i don't know which plugin is the cause but one of the plugins cause this

and i think the server doesnt save because its running on 8976ms its overloaded so the server closes itself as fast as possible try to know which plugin is the cause

and if you use CraftBukkit switch to spigot

and if you connected your server to google drive try to make backup and load that backup

does you install the requirements of mods and the mods might be incompatible like Roman says

and they won't work after some time and at first time the mods are too heavy and you walk in the world so you load chunks that consumes Cpu and ram so the server closed
