when I start my server it starts then 1 second later it says its stopping I checked the logs and they said nothing this only started after I regenerated the world to make a new world

I was wondering if u could add web displays mod galatic craft,or sync mod to aternos thanks

so I turned on my server and I tried to get on and it logged me in and then put me on a screen with just the dirt loading screen with no caption I waited about 1 hour and nothing changed I pressed CTRL+ALT+DEL and it just closed my Minecraft and I tried to log on agin and it did the same thing I even tried reseting the server reseting my pc and reseting the world but it always did the same thing other servers work fine and so dose single player the server software is Forge 1.12.2 (14.23.4.2766)
