so I turned on my server and I tried to get on and it logged me in and then put me on a screen with just the dirt loading screen with no caption I waited about 1 hour and nothing changed I pressed CTRL+ALT+DEL and it just closed my Minecraft and I tried to log on agin and it did the same thing I even tried reseting the server reseting my pc and reseting the world but it always did the same thing other servers work fine and so dose single player the server software is Forge 1.12.2 (14.23.4.2766)

You installed a 1.12.2 mod (Bloodmoon-MC) on an 1.7.10 server.
This is not possible, make sure that the mod versions fit your server version.
